Notion of arrangement and order

The study of the human organism naturally leads to reflection on the structure of the human being. Every self-respecting doctor is, in some way, a philosopher. Every patient somehow obliges us to a certain philosophy, which we must be able to defend. Examining a patient is somehow as if the history of the human race reveals itself to us.
