Service & repair
At AcupunctureShop, we offer service & repair for a wide range of products. We have been selling treatment tables for over 20 years and maintaining them for just as long, giving us extensive experience with many different products in this category. Lasers and light therapy devices will usually be handled at our suppliers' workshops, but we have several products that we are trained to service in our own workshop. We perform repairs on almost all products, e.g., Lojer, Cair, Astar, Premio from Sedatelecm, BTL, Naggura, Weelko, and, of course, our IT lamps and TENS machines. If you have a product you bought from a competitor, you are always welcome to contact us with a problem description, and we will assess whether we believe it can be remedied before you send your product to us.
Repair of massage tables
Should the motor in your treatment table stop working at some point, we can often source new motors as spare parts. If you're up for it, it's usually a simple task to replace it yourself, and we are, of course, available to provide guidance. We also have several customers who request spare parts for older treatment tables, and we can usually procure either original parts or a suitable alternative.

A price estimate will always be provided before commencing repairs. If, for example, you send a device in for examination and then decide not to have it repaired, you will pay DKK 249. This amount will not be invoiced if you choose to proceed with the repair or purchase a similar product from us.
Spare parts, etc., will be added to the hourly rate.
For repairs outside the warranty period or our standard services, the price is DKK 600.00 per hour, charged per commenced quarter-hour.
In addition, there will be a shipping fee of DKK 50.00 for shipments under 30 kg. MedicTinedic ApS can send you a label that you print out yourself and attach to your package. This service also costs DKK 50.00.
For shipments over 30 kg (e.g., electric massage tables), the cost is DKK 750.00.
For on-site visits, DKK 2.60 is charged per kilometer driven from our address Jeppe Skovgaards Vej 31, 6800 Varde. Any bridge/ferry fees will be added to the customer's bill. The standard hourly rate is charged for both outbound and return travel for on-site visits.
Payment is by invoice according to terms and conditions.
