The needle's handle is laser point welded to the tube, which allows the needle and tube to be placed precisely, and when inserting the needle, you don't need to use both hands. One click with the index finger and the needle can be pushed in. These are individually packed with a separate insertion tube and with 5 needles on each sheet. Like the other types of CENS, these also come with a strong ribbed plastic handle, a super sharp tip, and an American medical silicone tip. This is as close as you can get to pain-free acupuncture.

The Cair Silicone acupuncture needle, made of German surgical steel with a ribbed plastic handle, is the world's first fully automatically produced acupuncture needle from China.
