Sandrini Import was founded in 1993 and quickly established itself as Denmark's largest importer of specialized acupuncture equipment from Sedatelec. In 1999, the concept was expanded to include general acupuncture products, based on solid cooperation agreements in China, France, Denmark, Germany, Italy, and the Czech Republic. The name was changed to AcupunctureShop.com, and AcupunctureShop.com is now one of Europe's largest retailers of acupuncture and clinic equipment, with distributors in most European countries.

We accept payments via Dankort, Visa, etc., and payment is not made until the item is dispatched.

Acupunctureshop ApS also accepts payment via bank transfer, and in these cases, the order in question is not dispatched until confirmation is received from the bank. The payment terms in Denmark are 14 days from receipt of the goods, unless otherwise agreed. After the due date, an interest of 2% per month will be added, however, a minimum of DKK 100 excluding VAT per month.

Place your order before 12:00 PM and receive your package in Denmark on the following business day.

Over 95% of orders placed before 12:00 PM with a delivery address in Denmark are delivered by the freight company GLS on the following business day between 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM, but we cannot guarantee day-to-day delivery. If the package cannot be received during this time, please inform us if it can be left (e.g., in front of the main door, shed, garage, etc. - please note this is a power of attorney and at your own risk). In case of backorders, the customer will be notified immediately.

If you have chosen delivery to a parcel shop, the package will be delivered to this location instead of your own clinic/residence, and you will be notified via SMS and/or email when the package is ready for collection.

For larger shipments (e.g., electric couches and pallets), we ship by freight carrier with curbside delivery, where the delivery time is 2-3 business days if the selected item is in stock.

The delivery time for Lojer, Naggura, BTL, and certain special products is typically 4-8 weeks, as these are produced to order.

For orders over DKK 1,000 + VAT (DKK 1,250 incl. VAT), free delivery is offered to business addresses and parcel shops; however, this does not apply to free shipping on items sent as palletized goods such as chiropractic couches or electric couches.
