The Cair Silicone acupuncture needle, made of German surgical steel with a grooved plastic handle, is the world's first fully automatically produced acupuncture needle from China. The needle's grooved handle helps it sit better in the hand, provides a better grip, and improves insertion, making it almost painless. Cair Silicone is very similar to Cloud and Dragon's traditional silicone-coated needle but with some significant differences: safety stapling in the handle, an ultra-fine tip, fully automated production, a grooved handle, and its own Danish design.
