The Mobile Speed Pulley is the ideal choice when space is limited or wall space cannot be used to mount equipment. It is also an excellent option for situations where treatment or physiotherapy needs to be performed in wards. The extremely smooth pulling mechanism on Lojer Speed Pulleys allows even explosive training movements – without dropping or jerking the weight. You can start with a resistance of 500 grams. You can also double the weight by connecting both ropes to one handle.
