The original Sleep Tea from Wendy & Co
Sleep Tea was developed by John Tindall, Gateway Clinic UK, who is considered one of the pioneers in NADA.
Instructions for one cup of tea: Pour boiling water over 1 tablespoon of tea. Let the tea steep for 10-15 minutes.
The tea can optionally be sweetened with honey. 1-3 cups daily are recommended. Should be avoided by pregnant women.
The tea consists of:
