On each page there is also a QR code that you can click on with your phone's camera, which will bring up a video with good instructions on how to do it. It simply couldn't be made into a smarter reference book for seeing how to do it and taping yourself with kinesiology tape. The book can, of course, also be used as a reference book in your clinic.
It is really useful if you play a lot of sports, have an injury that you find it difficult to get rid of but still want to be active in your free time, or have a job where you are also moving but may be hindered due to an injury.
The book is in English, but with video and very good illustrations/pictures, you don't actually need to read the short instruction text to be able to tape yourself.
