"Reproducing precise models of human anatomy is a significant challenge. Reproducing reflections of the same on the feet, so that zones can be located and used – is an even greater challenge. If this can be achieved – while also expressing beauty, harmony, and precision – then the best possible result has been obtained. I believe this has been achieved.

This poster, "Skeletal System," is the first of several on reflexology. The poster has been made possible through 25 years of studying the muscular zones on the feet. The muscular zones are by nature linked to bones, and these will therefore visualize the bone zone placements.

Reflections arise from different understandings, and truth therefore has different faces. It is thus natural that different variants of zone placements and sizes are seen around the world.

I hope that this visualization will be an inspiration and a joy for both students and colleagues, even where it might conflict with a different understanding. Regardless, it is hoped that it can show clients how a reflexologist views the zones of the feet while treatment is being performed."
